Thomas joined Prince Financial Services in 2025 after spending the previous 15 years of his career in the tech industry. It was at these large, innovative companies that Thomas learned to market, build, empower teams, and develop exceptional customer experiences.
Thomas was inspired to join the financial industry due to his passion for the space, the opportunity to work with a small team filled with incredible people, and the chance to make a positive, life-long impact on clients. Thomas’ role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving the client experience, and upholding Prince Financial Services’ unwavering commitment to excellence.
Thomas is a life-long Washington native that graduated from Western Washington University. Thomas spends his free time with his wife and his three children. From coaching his kids’ sports teams, to attending daily after school activities, Thomas enjoys nothing more than being with his family, watching his kids grow up, and hanging out with friends.
